Total 30 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) enliven Ramadan Bazaar at Ciracas Sub-district Office, East Jakarta which held from Monday (5/10) to Tuesday (5/11).

People seem to be quite interested in this bazaar

They sold variety of products such as culinary, handicraft, fashion, and staple food.

Ciracas Sub-district Head, Mamad stated, this bazaar was held not only to make people easier to buy basic necessities ahead of Eid, but also helped coached SMEs to market their products.

“People seem to be quite interested in this bazaar because many of them spend a lot. Thus it can help reduce the crowd in traditional market. Health protocol also implemented well in this bazaar," he continued.

He expected this event which is coordinated by Ciracas Sub-district PPKUKM Unit can encourage entrepreneurs who are affected by COVID-19 pandemic to move economy.

"I hope similar bazaar can be held again by involving more SMEs," he stated.
